The Mayo Old Boys’ Society (OBS) has introduced a new PVC Card for Life Members.
Eligible members may obtain their card by completing the online application form and submitting the required fee.
Please note: Only registered Old Boys who are existing members of the Mayo Old Boys’ Society are eligible to apply.

Instructions

application
1. OB Registration Number is mandatory while filling the application form.
2. A latest passport‑size photograph is required (file size between 10 KB and 20 KB; dimensions 420 × 525 pixels).
3. A valid Government ID must be uploaded (choose any one: Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN Card).
4. The card fee must be paid in advance.
5. Please note: Due to a high volume of applications, dispatch of the PVC Card may take 15–20 days. We kindly request your patience and understanding.
6. As of now, the PVC Card will be shipped within India only.
